The Alaska pool with thermal water-cooled to 28 °C has acquabike, jacuzzi for legs, buttocks, thighs, neck, and full body.
The swimming pool and spa Niagara is kept at a temperature of 35 °C, equipped with whirlpool and remise en forme baths, the pool is accessible from the inside, and so is ideal for cold weather.
Acapulco connects to the outdoor thermal pool at 35 °C.
The indoor Ontario pool is at a temperature of 36 °C, ideal for physiokinesis therapy in water with a personal trainer.
In the relaxation area of the indoor pool the thermal grotto is also available, and ideal for the elimination of toxins and strengthening the immune system. We recommend 10 to 15 minutes a day sitting in a grotto.
From Monday to Saturday, an hour of group exercises in the thermal pool is the ideal complement to your spa treatments.
Moreover, always available to guests is a gym with or without personal tranier, bicycles and mountain bikes.
